General SMS Messaging and Campaign Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to SMS and MMS messages sent by or on behalf of FOCAL GROUP LLC for our websites, applications, events, campaigns, alerts, invitations, support, and service notifications.
Agreement to Receive Messages
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive SMS/MMS messages, you authorize FOCAL GROUP LLC and its service providers to send messages to the number you provided. Messages may be sent using automated systems where permitted by law.
Types of Messages
- Account, authentication, registration, and customer support messages.
- Event, hunt, campaign, invitation, reminder, and operational messages.
- Requested updates, notifications, alerts, and service-related communications.
- Promotional or campaign messages only where permitted and consented to.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interactions, selected services, active campaigns, and event participation. Some campaigns may send only a few messages; others may send recurring updates while the campaign or event is active.
Fees and Carrier Disclaimer
Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt-Out Instructions
You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, we may send one final message confirming your opt-out. After that, you should not receive additional messages from that campaign unless you opt in again.

Privacy
We respect your privacy. Mobile opt-in data and consent records will not be sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Eligibility and Number Changes
You represent that you are the account holder or authorized user for the mobile number you provide. If your number changes or is reassigned, you agree to update your information or opt out before discontinuing use of that number.
Changes to Terms
FOCAL GROUP LLC may update these terms from time to time. Continued participation in our messaging programs after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
